✦ PRICES ARE IN GBP (Great British Pound) and via Paypal only.
Payments will be converted automatically if you use other currencies. Please check conversion rates yourself to see how much the commission will be in your own currency.✦ How it works:
Submit a form [HERE] and I will contact you via email ([email protected]) to let you know if your commission has been accepted, and I will then send you your invoice.✦ Commissions are first come first serve, so payments are upfront and I won’t get started on your commission till I receive full payment. I can allow partial payments for commissions over £200 if requested beforehand. Please make sure you are 100% ready with the funds needed for your commission before contacting or submitting a form.✦ I have the right to decline any commission.✦ REFUNDS: If I have started on your commissions and you request a refund, it can only be partially refunded and I will send you the work I have done. I do not allow refunds past the sketch phase. If I choose to cancel for any reason you will be refunded in full.
Those in the waitlist can request a refund at any time.✦ COPYRIGHT: Commissions are ONLY for personal use (non-profit) and I own full copyright over the use of the image. However characters depicted remain property of their respected creator.
You are free to use and post your commission, as long as:
Full credit is given when posting, you don't claim that the artwork was created by yourself, no edits are made to the artwork by you or anyone else without express permission from myself.
If you would like to hire me for work such as merch, Youtube or Twitch branding I consider this contracted work so please email me instead for my rates.✦ I DO NOT allow any commissioned art to be used for AI, blockchain/blockchain-related technology, NFTs or cryptocurrency.✦ Requesting changes: I allow edits based on artistic error or minor changes in the sketch phase. Any major edits after that will require a fee.✦ Please let me know if you would like your commission to be kept private, otherwise I have full right to work on it during livestreams and will be posting it on my socials once it is done. If you would like your commission to be kept private for any period of time I may ask for an extra fee as I use my commissions to advertise my services and it may lose me work.✦ You need to provide me with all the references I would need for your commission, which includes: multiple photo or art references of the character you'd like me to draw. If you don't have any, a detailed explanation will do too.✦ Completion times will depend on how detailed or complex your commission is. So please be patient! Otherwise all work will have a turn around time of 2 to 6 weeks. If you require a rushed deadline please let me know in advance as it may require an additional fee to push you to the front of my queue. Otherwise commissions are done at my own time and pace.✦ Tips are available on all sent invoices - they are appreciated but not required!✦ If you have any questions let me know!
